Retail- You can find one of these in hypermarkets and high streets. They help you find your holiday destination and organise your flights and luggage allowance and work alongside the car hires and airlines. They also help you with your currency exchange. These are normally the most familiar Travel Agents as still a lot of people prefer to go into the shop to book their holiday; these also provide a wide variety of Ancillary Service. Business- These again help sort you out with business breaks for when they need them to either travel to a conference or an organised meeting. These normally only provide for business people as they specialise in booking flights at such short notice like business people do.
